Yes, can't we just settle with dual option papers? I had that when I was in school and it worked out fine. If you're not fluent enough in English or if you feel that a 100% English makeover is deemed unpatriotic and challenging the constitution, just choose to do the exam in BM. For the rest who are fine with it or want to give a stab at it in English they should be able to do so as well. Not trying to be condescending or anything, but really, this is a no-brainer.
